Returns

We do not accept product returns; however, orders made through our online store or by phone may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. All sales are final upon shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
